I'm sure that it is as fine as ever. Unfortunately, the shipment of it traveled to Prince George BC, sat there for two days instead of being shipped the extra four hours to Smithers. It was then shipped back to Ed'ton AB...hahaha. What's up with your shipper. This is really weird, in a sad sort of way. Thought you had a warehouse supplier in Vancouver for supplying western Canada. Yup, a bit weird, 'coming & going'. So. Is it comin' to come?

For my Brother MFC-J6530DW. First I had a brand new Yellow fail and now the brand new Cyan. Both are not recognized by the printer. Previous satisfaction has been good

I have always had no issues with this ink until my most recent order. first the cyan wouldnt print properly, then not at all. had to do nozzle cleaning and print head purge over and over until finally got some cyan again on the test page. but while doing all these additional cleaning processes, the rest of my other inks were all consumed and now I'm completely out of coloured ink!!

THe colours were great but the black cartridge wouldnt fit my mfc-j497dw and it appeared to be the correct purchase form the website.
