Good foot rest, now sitting at desk is more comfortable as before I tend to put my feet back and rest on the chair wheels bars and that kind of push my body forward and after while that becomes uncomfortable.

Ingenious design; simple but sturdy and far better value than any other footrests I've seen. Helps relieve my diabetic neuropathy and ankle joint stiffness, and in bare or stocking feet you even get a bit of a massage. So, what's not to like? Highly recommended . . . if you get one you won't be disappointed.

Took a little bit to figure out how to assemble (there are some small plastic caps that have to be removed and replaced once the cross section is inserted) but nice and solid at a reasonable price.
