Good foot rest, now sitting at desk is more comfortable as before I tend to put my feet back and rest on the chair wheels bars and that kind of push my body forward and after while that becomes uncomfortable.

Initially assembling the foot rocker I tapped it in place with a hammer, big mistake it fits beautifully without. Due to this I had to glue it which solved the problem and I've have found it to be excellent (instructions on box) if your on tiles in a wheeled office chair expect some slides; I've ordered a rubber mat.

Took a little bit to figure out how to assemble (there are some small plastic caps that have to be removed and replaced once the cross section is inserted) but nice and solid at a reasonable price.
