Poor quality its not working in printer and I can't even return

The black ink has caused major blocking of the printhead. Result is major repair or new printer, both cost the same. Printer just over 15 months old. HP advanced cleaning kit ($35.00) had no effect. HP support says black ink too thick, blocks print head. What ever the reason. Not happy
