Pros: it's cheap as frig Cons: cables (with Neutrik NC3MX connector - the best) only lock in on like 6 of the jacks; on 3 of the jacks, one of the pins on the back pushed out - the connector shouldn't have passed QC. So only 13 usable channels. Luckily that's all I needed but buyer beware.
