The description didn't mention that it came with 4 rack mount screws - nice surprise. When it arrived it was missing 4 of the little screws attaching the XLRs to the rack. Found one loose in the packaging. The others had fallen out somewhere before I got it (packaging bag has a pair of the pre made holes in it so that's how they fell out). Had to tighten a couple others. Would deduct only 1/2 star for missing screws, but reviews here are full stars, so it has to lose a full one: 4/5
