The desk is good; assembly was a pain. The first foot went on like a dream, unfortunately with the second foot the pre-drilled holes weren’t large enough for the screws. Twenty minutes later, with a drill bit, I was able to widen them enough to get the screws in, only to have them strip since the holes were still on the small side. I eventually got 2 screws in and they’re holding the feet, but what a terrible experience.

I ordered two on Oct 10 and the expected delivery date was Oct 21. I called and emailed to the customer service and was told, my case created and being investigated 2 weeks ago. But nothing hear from them since then. Very frustrated. Still waiting for the delivery.

Honestly i expected better. I got a used item and the box was heavily tapped but the worse is that it's missing all the srews, bolts, tools, handle that i can't do anything with the item they sent. Pretty much useless.
