Ordered this Snake on March 7, 2019, paid $51.99 with a 9-11 day delivery. Received the cable 15 days after delivery on March 22, 2019. If I had used Amazon I would have paid $39.00 and they will deliver in 2 days. I often use Amazon and am extremely impressed with their products and service. As well I took the cable out of the box and plugged it into our PA System on March 23rd and the tip of the yellow cable was damaged and cannot be used. I need the cable for a performance on April 5 and cannot wait to have another delivered!! Unfortunate! Lesson Learned ! A response would be appreciated.
