Quoi que la description sur la boite propose un meilleur produit que les spécifications sur le site, je trouve la qualité du bras décevante. Si le bus est de positionner l’écran de façon permanente, c'est ok, mais si l’on veut bouger l’écran haut et bas, gauche/droite la conception n’est pas suffisamment robuste et sa plus grande faiblesse est ses articulations derrière qui devraient maintenir l’écran parallèle lorsque pivoté gauche/droite…

This desk mount was a good deal for the price I paid and i do like how it can hide the cables. However, given it's a gas spring mount, the monitor will wobble and shakes easily when there is slight movement made which can get very annoying. This was not listed as part of the product description so customers purchasing this should not expect this to happen. I reached out to customer service about the shaking issue and the only explanation i received was that it's normal for single arm gas mount, and i found this response unacceptable. When I asked if this will happen if it's a dual arm mount, they were not able to give me a proper response or explanation. The fact is this is a design flaw in the product, if you use a desk mount, you would expect it to be sturdy and not shake at any time regardless if it's a single or dual mount.

I bought this without realizing there are specific sit-stand monitor desk mounts. For sitting at a desk, I found the max height to be too low and not comfortable; I am not tall and I was still looking down at the screen, my eye level was never looking straight at the monitor. I have tried tilting the screen up to alleviate the neck strain but now the screen keeps "flopping" down! I am returning this, and I have to say the customer service has been great. I wish they had more price point options for monitor mounts for sit-stand desks.

Hard to adjust, the bottom arm segment is near impossible to move without sliding around in your chair. I had to stand up just to adjust. The wobble is atrocious. I mounted two different monitors and both have a disgusting, absolutely disgusting, amount of wobble from even just my typing of this review... God forbid you bump your desk every so slightly, they may never stop wobbling. I highly recommend you do not buy these as they are just not very good.

This stand damaged my table. Completely ripped side piece open. Save your money and invest in a better stand. Wouldn't recommend.
