This was the hardest chair to put together. It literally took 1.5 hours and a lot of sweat to fit the screws of the seat to the back - 4 screws,, the seller should sell this preinstalled as it is too difficult and the instructions are not helpful. The chair seems comfortable but you cannot adjust the back or tilt seat forward. I am too exhausted from putting it together to try and take it apart and send it back.

Assembly was a nightmare...the back didn't fit on to the seat..we had to loosen the arms to get enough room to finish assembly. Then less than 24 hours later one of the casters broke. This chair would be great if you were 4ft nothing, the seat is for someone really short and when sitting in it you are feeling as if you are going to fall forward and out of the chair.

This is the 2nd order in a roll where something is missing!!!! Who every packs your packages have that person trained! First my tv mount was missing the spacers and I had to go out and buy my own! Now this chair is missing 2 screws!!!! This is my last time I'm ordering from this company!
