In summary, so far the chairs are a good purchase . Now that the chairs are completely assembled, my two chairs look better then the online ordering page. As mentioned in the reviews , installing the back rest to the seat can be difficult. I experienced it also. Patience, understanding and strength was what it had taken .The reason is due to the fact that on two chairs, the threaded sockets welded to the frame of the seat are crooked. Also, the fullness of the foam in the back and seat makes you feel the two sockets are never going to line up. Remedy: FIRST, one at a time, align and fit the “L” brackets to the seat and install the bolts and tighten. SECOND, and this requires strength and patience. Align the holes of the “L” bracket with the back rest. I used the method of placing the seat in toward my torso to act as a wall. Then pull the back rest portion toward you to align the holes. It will feel like the two threaded sockets will never live up, but they go by using your strength to pull them together until one fits over the other and then it’s snaps in stays. You actually feel it happen and hear a click. Hold them there while adding the bolts and tighten. Continuing, The other “L” bracket on the other side of the seat was very easy to install . In all it was practice makes perfect. As for the second chair assembly, it had taken taken less then 15 minutes. The other issue is lack of foam in the seat where buttocks rest. Adding more foam would further compliment the appearance . It would be a good idea for the manufacturer to add more foam creating a crown to get rid of rippled or wavy excess of vinyl that appears like it did not get pulled tight and stapled during upholstering. To give the chair longer wear, it would be a good idea to drill a 1” hole to act as a breather hole on the underside of the seat so the collected air escapes from the seat without bursting the seams. The use of a chrome or silver aluminum grommet with screen mesh makes for a much detailed finish.
