Very comfy chair. Easy picture instructions. The box that it was shipped in didn't really stand up to the shipping company but all parts were sealed and protected. I would suggest paying the extra money for better shipping. But for the price and comfort this chair can outbeat other ones on the market.

Rec'd my chair in parts and was surprised at how easy it was to put together. The chair is well manufactured, good quality material and is very comfortable to sit in. The adjustment for the lower back is perfect. You adjust it while you sit in the chair. No guess work here!!

Incredibly uncomfortable! Both the actual seat part and the back. The seat is super stiff. My bottom literally starts to hurt just after 20 minute or so. And the chair is very noisy. This one is a big fail for me.

This office chair is comfortable and reliable, no complaints. The lumbar support is adjustable and great if multiple people using the chair or changing sitting positions if stationery for a long time. The chrome base is a nice sleek touch.
