Incredibly uncomfortable! Both the actual seat part and the back. The seat is super stiff. My bottom literally starts to hurt just after 20 minute or so. And the chair is very noisy. This one is a big fail for me.

Product defect: I cannot assemble the backrest and the seat together. I will contact them to inquire about the refund or replacement process.

noticed product was damaged after assembly. the leather here is clearly cut as soon on photo.

Ripped in the back. Grommet not holding the leather. 4 wheels in the box - chair requires 5. Absolute trash.
