Great product! For the very reasonable price I paid for it, I was a bit skeptical but this thing is so slick! The added cable management slots are a great touch. I even managed to cable tie my sound bar to the pull down handle for a very clean look.. one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while! Assembly was pretty straight forward as well. Just make sure you have solid backing in your walls where you mount it. I would not trust drywall anchors. You get heavy duty lag bolts which is great.. just make sure it’s screwed into wood! Definitely recommend this product!

This thing is incredible. It holds my heavy 60" plasma TV no problem. I'm pretty picky, and there isn't much to complain about with this pull-down mount. It's really well though out and constructed, not to mention the insane price! I was worried about the clearance as I wanted to mount my tv only 6" above an 11" deep mantle mantle. It clears it with a couple inches to spare! I can't see any reason to spend hundreds more on another brand unless you want it to be motorized or something crazy. This thing is robust. I don't understand people complaining about the tension adjustment (unless they got a dud). It's super simple, you turn one screw with an allen key they supply until you get it where it needs to be. Set it and forget it. My 60" plasma goes up and down super easy, and stays where I want it. Watch some youtube videos if you need any help with installation. That is helpful. It's not rocket science. As other mentioned, you don't need to install the ugly handle. You can just pull down on the bottom of your TV. A cool feature I didn't think I would use is the ability to swivel the TV, we actually use this a ton as our couch doesn't sit directly in front of the TV and it's nice to have a perpendicular line of sight. The stand comes with an easy way to rotate the TV as well in case you don't get your mount mounted exactly level. Like I said, it's just really well designed. I love it! (Although if these bolts loosen up or you need to readjust you need to remove the TV to make this tweak - a bit of a bummer) Another thing to be aware of is that your TV will sit 5" away from the wall in the highest position, and obviously as you lower it the TV will stick out further, to a maximum of around 19". The lowest position is around 17" out from the wall. There is no way to adjust the tilt of the TV, in the highest position is has a slight downward tilt which makes a lot of sense since this is a mount for a highly mounted TV that you pull down to a more ideal viewing height. Highly recommended. I have zero regrets for buying this. If like me, you hate TV's mounted up at the ceiling, this thing is for you! And my wife likes it too. When the TV isn't on, it's up and the room looks great. Time for a show, pull it down and chillaxe in comfort!

Works as intended and easy to use once set up properly. The little plastic spacers for the VESA mount just happens to be about the same size as the holes on my TCL tv so I had to put metal washers against the tv to prevent the spacers from sitting crooked. Other than that very satisfied!

heavy guage metal could use some more covers for what is exposed when in upright position or down position, overall this is what we needed to make the install look professional

What a nice product! The bottom handle is optional, best to leave it in the box as you can grab the rack using the bottom rail, for a sleeker look. My 43" TCL television is too small to hide the vertical rails that attach to it, best for 50-inch or more TVs.
