Foot rest is quite useless

It's an "ok" chair. A bit firm (not always bad thing) but there is less adjustability than I had hoped for. The back does recline to virtually 180 degrees though. But for this price, I would have liked to see something a little more adjustable to my likes.

Chair is of decent quality: However, there are missing components and a loose hand rest. I've e-mailed 123Ink.ca for the missing parts but have not yet received a reply. I do recommend the purchase but only when it's on sale: inspect the goods upon receipt to verify all is there.
