not sturdy, it's too small. looks like for a kids laundry hamper. i will not recommend this.

The material and plastic came smelling awful (like petroleum). The stink didn't come off even after washing several times - item returned.

Smaller than expected. Quality seems cheap. Stitching has already come out after a couple weeks of use.

They're large enough and easy on the eyes, but assembly was frustrating and slightly confusing, plus I don't see why it would've been so difficult to include casters. Regardless, the worst characteristic was the fact that every bag's velcro clasped got unsewn and ripped right off the frame within 2 days. (The bags were not overfilled nor filled with inappropriate materiel.) To Shopper+'s credit, I received a refund right away, no questions asked, and I did not have to return the original item.
