I like this heat gun. It does have a plastic feel but the ones from the local hardware store have a very similar feel. At initial use, there was a burning smell which disappeared after a few uses. It smelled like burning rubber. Apparently that is "normal" as it is burning off any excess this and that according to google. Works well and comes with multiple nozzles for different applications. Be warned that the metal nozzles do become HOT after use so let it cool down! I recommend.

Item received as expected. Packaging came in ok and not damaged. Good quality and the accessories is definitely a plus.
