    The app was incredibly hard to find since one app is mentioned in the description, another on the packaging, but you actually need to get another one… Does not work on 5gz (I guess I should have done more research before buying) so I still have not tried it but i’m hoping it will work as advertised.

      Jusqu’à maintenant je n’ai pas été capable de le connecté . L’application qui semble compatible est HomeMate et non living smart qui d’ailleurs n’existe pas .

        so far have been unable to get it working - we have a Google wifi network and the device will only connect to 2.4 GHz. Cannot set the wifi to be able to run at 2.4 as it is not user controllable

          Très difficile de le mettre en application Essayé de l'installer sur différent téléphones et tablette. avec les app suggérés. À comparer avec les asutres smart plug que jje possede, la S31 est la pire. J'ai demandé un remboursement mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

              Not sure I can recommend a product that heavily relies on an external server out of our control being up and running in order to use my smart devices. Their authentication server is down right now (Nov 28, 2019), meaning I can't even log into the app to control any of my devices. Before you buy, you should know that controlling a device is done by using the app, which communicates to their servers first, then back to your home network's devices (and not directly within the local network). If any part of that connection is not working, your devices are pretty much useless. Essentially, I have useless plugs and cameras in my home that I cannot control just because the services of the Living Wise servers is not reliable. I have 2 of these, but it's unlikely I'll buy anymore.
