Item arrived quickly but when I mounted a 24 inch Dell monitor on it, the monitor is crooked. The right side of the monitor sagging about 2 inches from the left. Tried adjusting with the keys supplied but it remains crooked. No way to compensate for screen rotation. I had to prop up the right side so I can use it. Disappointed ☹️

Not a quality mount. At full extension it sags significantly with a lightweight monitor as the joints don’t seem to be made for moving the monitor/tv around at all. Disappointed overall

Support mal concu se dévisse lors que l'on déplace le moniteur. Je ne suis pas satisfait. Je vais le retourner et le changer pour un modèle mieux concu. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

It says "suitable for most sony soundbars" but it did not work for my SONY HTCT80 soundbar, I tried to put the L and M screws as per the manual, but the L screw is not going inside its designated screw hole. Usually I like Prime Cables product, but this one didn't work as expected.
