Profile is way too thick, sticking out at least 3" from the wall without the TV. Poor customer service as I have begun the return process yet no responses for days, very frustrating.

It says "suitable for most sony soundbars" but it did not work for my SONY HTCT80 soundbar, I tried to put the L and M screws as per the manual, but the L screw is not going inside its designated screw hole. Usually I like Prime Cables product, but this one didn't work as expected.

I ordered and received this mount. States it is suitable for 60 to 100 inch TV's. The mount is heavy and well built. However, it is too large for our Samsung 60inch TV for which it was intended. The vertical supports protrude above and below the TV which is unsatisfactory.
