This product is designed for smaller TVs. If you have a 70 inch TV like I do you4 TV is going to be 1 feet from the ceiling. Of course this depends on your TV but even the best designed tv this will be too high for entertainment purposes. I think this was designed for meeting rooms but even then it would be too high for large tvs. I am very impressed with the build quality though.

The height of the TV mounted on the frame over the floor is extremely small. The position of the shelf under TV is about near the knees. I thought I could put a laptop there, but it is so low that you will not be able to work on that laptop. I would rate it as 1 star, but the structure is solid and stable it adds up another star. But I am pretty disappointed with this frame and wish more sizes be mentioned on the picture.

I got the package promptly, unfortunately the package did not come with the manual and was missing the most important part, the columns! No where to be found Inside and is hard to reach customer service.

VESA 600X400 screw size is M8, the holes in the bracket are only sized for M6 screws. None of the screws that came with the kit worked for my application, not even the ones for the sound bar which the screw holes should be standard size, I had to purchase the screws, nuts and washers separately.
