Cheap quality. The locking mechanism did not work. I had to box it up, find a FED EX depot and drive there to send it back... WASTED time and gas for junk.

Bracket was ordered on Dec 7, 2020 and only half of the parts were initially shipped. After numerous emails and inquiries the additional parts were suppose to be shipped but so far nada, hasn't left the warehouse. Tired of waiting we now purchase the same bracket from Best Buy (for $5 more) and would like to send the parts we have back but a refund does not seem to be in their vocabularu

Très déçu le rack vient en morceaux à assemblé et de plus il manque des boulons dans la boîte Que j ai du aller acheter ailleurs afin de terminer l installation

It says "suitable for most sony soundbars" but it did not work for my SONY HTCT80 soundbar, I tried to put the L and M screws as per the manual, but the L screw is not going inside its designated screw hole. Usually I like Prime Cables product, but this one didn't work as expected.
