It stopped working, sparks fly when trying to plug it in, not safe anymore

Both Quick Charge 2 and 3 do not activate when connecting to my LG G7 (QC 3 compatible). In fact, it only charges at <500mw (USB 1) using PrimeCables' own USB 3.1 Type 3 cable with 56k ohm resistor. I usually order in-person since the office is really close. But whoever wrote up the order didn't put it into my account. Therefore, PrimeCables is not willing to exchange the defective product since there is no record of my purchase. Add some other issues with products in the past, makes me think that PrimeCables' quality has deteriorated over the years.

Voici ce que j'ai reçus, une boîte vide. Je la trouvais vraiment légère. De plus c'était pour un cadeaux. Très décevant.
