It is what it is. It doesn't fast charge my Pixel 3 xl or my work phone but it's not the end of the world.

Can't say I've noticed an increased charging speed, though my device is compatible and I'm using the correct cable. When plugged in, constantly emits a bright blue light that is very annoying, so I had to put tape over it.
