The product arrived with a terrible stench, a musty damp smell, it is absolutely disgusting especially during this period COVID. It must be stored in a damp environment for a long period of time. I had ordered numerous times in the past without issues except for the shipping box being deformed/used, cardboards taped together which was annoying /unprofessional. This is the worst experience ever, buyer beware!

The sponge matter isn't made well. The foam lacks the balance or push back you'd expect from a mat. I have a better quality mat in my kitchen from costco at a cheaper price.

This is very bulky. I got it as a Christmas gift from my daughter. It is heavy and very bulky. I am giving it away on Kijiji as the return policy of Prime Cables is terrible.
