We had ordered one mat along with the ergo standing desk. Good quality, but not tested in use. It was good. Ordered another 3 mats. These were badly damaged in supply, or transport, or in packaging. Patrick, in customer service was great. After sending photos of damagaed mats, he immediatley sent us the replcementnts and a return label for the damaged mats. We are presently using them in the kitchen. Well worh it. Tested now for 3 mounths. Highly recommended.

Overall, I really like this product. However, I don't love that they keyboard tray doesn't slide in and out. I also don't love how often the keyboard tray falls off, despite me securing it tightly. It's fallen off on one side twice now. It looks scratched in one of the spots where it keeps falling off. I have to constantly check to make sure it's tightened and I'm afraid to put anything on it like hot tea. If it happens again. I may just remove that part. Also, I'm not sure if this is the case, but I wonder if it might be interfering with my cell signal. I have been noticing more issues with my reception in my home office since getting this item. It could be unrelated, but I wonder if others have the same issue.

Arrived on time and in good condition. It's not the cushiest mat out there but is much better than the one that went missing while I was on vacation. This slightly smaller size is perfect for my desk/standing space and definitely helps offset potential joint pains when standing for long periods at my computer.

This is the second one of these I bought for stand up jobs at home, whether in the workshop, at the counter cooking and even doing paperwork while standing up. The first one lasted several years, but was in need of replacement, so I bought another identical mat. Thank you for a great product.

Works very well. Easy to installed…pre-assembled, just need to put the screws for the keyboard holder… screws and tool included. Bought quite a few for the office, happy employees!
