The cartridge itself wasn't so great. When it came time to install it, once I cut the plastic bag the first thing I saw was that the toner had spilled out from one end. I put in a customer complaint form via your website and received an answer within 10 minutes from a fellow named Michel (this was at around 11pm local time. Didn't think any companies had customer service representatives working at this time of night) !!. He was very accommodating and processed an exchange cartridge to be sent out within two days. Very impressive! Didn't ask for the damaged one to be sent back either, just asked if I would take it to the local Eco-station to be recycled. Thanks for the prompt service!!
