the rounded nature takes up too much space next to keyboard, causing shoulder to splay. It should be rectangular to keep mouse closer... exacto knife to the rescue !

Bought 2 of these, at first they were exactly what I was looking for, comfortable and practical. But after about a month of use the fabric peeled away from the base of the mouse pad, on both that I had purchased, and the gel contained inside the wrist rest began to ooze out. It is unfortunate because the Moustache products are generally pretty good quality.
