The patch panel itself is fine. However, please be aware that slim keystone jacks are required for this unloaded patch panel. I purchased 24 standard keystone jacks a few months ago and was surprised that I wasn't able to fit them side by side in this patch panel. I called Prime Cables and was told that the slim jacks were required, such as https://www.primecables.ca/p-384701-cab-jk-c6p1-all-rj45-cat6-slim-profile-keystone-jack-110-punch-down#sku401843 Now I'm left with a lot of jacks, which I'm unable to use. I wish the description of this patch panel was accurate.
