    The desk is good; assembly was a pain. The first foot went on like a dream, unfortunately with the second foot the pre-drilled holes weren’t large enough for the screws. Twenty minutes later, with a drill bit, I was able to widen them enough to get the screws in, only to have them strip since the holes were still on the small side. I eventually got 2 screws in and they’re holding the feet, but what a terrible experience.

      I ordered two on Oct 10 and the expected delivery date was Oct 21. I called and emailed to the customer service and was told, my case created and being investigated 2 weeks ago. But nothing hear from them since then. Very frustrated. Still waiting for the delivery.

            The product arrived with a terrible stench, a musty damp smell, it is absolutely disgusting especially during this period COVID. It must be stored in a damp environment for a long period of time. I had ordered numerous times in the past without issues except for the shipping box being deformed/used, cardboards taped together which was annoying /unprofessional. This is the worst experience ever, buyer beware!

              Received item with 2 screws missing. Wrote an email. No notification of reception so replied to the email they sent me again no notification of reception. Decided to call... waited in line just to get hung up on 5 times. So called back and press to be called back by the next available agent. Got a call back from an automatic voice saying there were no agent to take my call and it too hung up on me. This got 1 star because it's imposible to give less. No idea how product truly is
