Product quality is bad, the screws provided for the assembly is not fitting the nuts provided, the items provided were entirely different from the manual provided by customer support. Still waiting for resolution after 3 days of struggle with customer service.

It says "suitable for most sony soundbars" but it did not work for my SONY HTCT80 soundbar, I tried to put the L and M screws as per the manual, but the L screw is not going inside its designated screw hole. Usually I like Prime Cables product, but this one didn't work as expected.
