excellent customer service since i ordered the wrong cartridge thinking it would fit but my printer only accepted the regular size cartridge but it was exchanged without issue and the correct model works great on my hp printer. so far can't notice any difference in quality of ink. thanks!

I have replaced both the coloured as well as the black ink cartridges with Moustache - the black several times and have no reason to hesitate about purchasing more. I have not attempted to check page counts but never did that with HP inks either. I trust my suppliers.

I almost finished the first cartridge and it has not given me a problem. I would not buy this for a new printer. I am still not comfortable with the remanufactured product but, considering the price difference......
