    Positive: inexpensive, good design and easy to install. Negative: I tried many configurations: HDMI, optical, etc. but the subwoofer never worked and the overall sound is weak. There is annoying flashing green light (on the play button) that is killing the watching experience - I have no idea how to turn it off (the user manual that was provided is useless).

      Volume-wise, this unit isn't bad with an analog audio in, but as for optical input - optical doesn't seem to be loud enough, plus an optical signal isn't variable so you have to use the included remote. It routinely forgets what input it is on, so the input has to be re-selected by toggling through them, then a very loud voice states "Bluetooth, waiting to pair", or "Analog In", or "Optical In". bass from the bass module is boomy and doesn't go very low - or the boom presents itself as a limitation in response. As a novelty, it is ok, but not if you expect any sort of fidelity. I removed it from under my television and am now using it at work under my monitor array.

        Not bad but not great. You have know idea what the volume level is or how to control it. No operating instructions

            Looks good, sound quality seems excellent. Major issue with the volume. Bought this because we couldn't hear the TV. Can't hear this much better unfortunately.

              Sound doesn’t go very loud at all. I have a prime cable sound bar from last year the only reason I bought this unit was for the subwoofer. However the sub will not work with last years unit. I would actually like to return it as I still have to use tv speakers along with the soundbar
