    Any one like me received wrong parts? supposed to get 6 curved pipes which sitting on the top but only got 3, and received 3 other pipes not supposed to be included. wasted a whole morning counting and comparing the parts and found can't do anything with it. numbers on the each pipe also not aligned with the installation guide, so frustrated!

      Terrible greenhouse. I received one with a broken zipper and some tears, it was not sown right in many place. I told them about it, they said they'll replace the cover and broken piece, they never did. Wind from the part I had to leave open ripped it off the ground and completely destroyed it (broken metal pieces), we tried to salvage as much shelves as possible . Not ment for Canadian early spring, or thunderstorms, or heavy winds. Did not last a month, so sad and it was suppose to be used to help community organizations. Customer service was okay, but still never received replacement parts. The worst part is I bought a second one as a gift, so I hope they had better luck.

        Received it pretty quickly, but was missing pieces, waiting on replacement parts was a disappointment, missed a beautiful week end to set it up. Will update review when replacement parts are received and i can actually review the full product

          If you're looking for covered storage purchase the greenhouse. If you're looking for an actual greenhouse look elsewhere. The shelves did not fit at all what so ever. Some of the stakes were too small to actually be held in by the pegs. Most disappointingly, the zipper on the greenhouse cover was not working properly and would not close/open meaning I'm losing tons of warm air in the greenhouse. I may as well keep my plants outdoors. Customer service is sub-par at best.
