** Misleading description** Bought these based on the description that “These tongs are made with extra thick 1.00mm stainless steel from the handles all the way to the scalloped steel heads - they simply won't melt, warp, rust or flake into your food like cheaper tongs”. These tongs are not even close to 1 mm thick. They only measure .22mm using a PrimeCables electronic caliper (which in contrast, is very well made and well worth the money). They are so thin that they bend just squeezing them together. These are cheap tongs that are found at dollar stores. These were not very expensive so not a lot of money lost, but an accurate description would have prevented this negative review.
