Nice, smooth adjustable. Easy to set up. Good value for what you pay for it. A bit softer seat would be a good improvement, but I'm using it within my stand-up desk station and not sitting on it for hours on end--it's fine for that purpose.

Very nice looking design, looks great and is solid but not exactly the most comfortable seat to sit on long term. overall very pleased.
