This must have been a one off. All my past purchases from Prime Cables have been great. This item did not live up to expectations. It struggled through 3/4" OSB up to 11ft then kept binding and stopping. I could be wrong I never thought 3/4" OSB for 20ft was considered heavy construction. I have been trying to get in touch with Prime Cables to find out the restocking fee to see if it's worth returning it or to buy another battery. But am not getting a response.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and just opened the box last night. I was surprised to find the saw in USED condition! The saw had scratches on the body and blade and wood dust on the guard. I really love many of the products from this site, but this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
