battery is no good, it shows fullcharge but dead when put in drill.

The battery I got is not working. How come this product was not tested before. :( Sad.

c'est un arnaque, sa ne fonctionne a nul part !

Purchased a 20V power driver/drill in February of 2019, which will now only run for a few seconds before cutting out. Thought at first it was the drill, but just checked the voltage to battery pack and it's very briefly showing 21.6V and then the voltage drops to zero. There appears to be a problem with the BMS or some other part of the circuitry.
