I am VERY UNHAPPY with the product you supplied me. I installed the first cartridge, and within 20 printed sheets, think black lines began being randomly printed across the printed page, and have not gone away since. The second of two cartridges remains unopened. The thought of investigating how to return the product and all the hassle involved makes me ill. I consider this purchase a total waste of my money. Any suggestion for remedy would be very much appreciated.

Je suis vraiment déçu 😞. Pour la livraison, c'était pafait, très rapide (shipping very good, fast). Par contre, pour la qualité du produit, je ne suis pas contente (but I'm not happy for the products). Mes 2 nouvelles cartouches d'encre n'imprime pas comme il le faudrait. Il y a plein de taches partout sur la page et plein de ligne sur les 2 côtés (my paper has not clean, many lines are on the paper, 2 sides with circles -- both do the same).
