The first time I purchased this brand Economical Box... out of the 4 , Two were defective

No Problem with the toner. The problem wa with the shipping. I received the 3 color toners, but not the black. When I contacted customer service they said they would send the black out as an Urgent shipment. It arrived 5 days later.... I forced to go out and purchase a black toner elsewhere to tide me over until the black arrived.
