Out of the box, extremely easy to set up and fairly light weight. The fabric walls of the wagon come loose regularly so constant adjustment required. Love the “trunk” or cargo section on the back. Not good for any use outside of a sidewalk or paved surface. Took to dog park with my son and the bumpy ground rattle the bolts off of the trunk which compromises the frame and cannot be pulled. For the price, it’s really good as long as your needs are on flat surfaces. I would like better fasteners though.

first day use...had my 7yr old in this and some splash pad items and baseball gloves. on the walk one of the front wheels slid into a crack in the road and caused the wheel frame to bend in. it should have cleared easily but instead the wheel turned sideways and sliped in. wasn't usable after that. :-(

This wagon should be rated better but unfortunately I can’t and it’s not all to do with the product. This wagon is great, however it seem like I got one that shouldn’t have been sent out. First it arrived without the storage bin, second after the 3 or 4 time having it out 3 sets of screws fell out, which left my child sliding out of the wagon. It was an easy fix if you have what you need. BUT then our next trip the screw holding the front wheel also fell off! So now that’s 3 sets of missing screws and a bad wheel. The worst part is trying to get help from the contact centres, it took 5 emails for them just to understand that the storage bin was missing let alone tell them that the wagon is falling apart. The response I got was “ we’ll see if we have extra parts” and I haven’t heard from them since.

I’ve only used it once since it arrived. The tires are not rubber, as advertised, but it’s still an alright wagon, so far.
