It is a little complicated to get all parts together. I wanted something simple. I realized that this lumbar support is almost 100 dollars. I decided to return it and find something simple. I bought for my wife very large one which covers almost entire back. I wish this particulare backrest support to be simple. Maybe it is very comfortable.

It's working out for a friend I know, but this doesn't really work for me. So I returned it. At least the returns were easy and hassle free. Good customer service!

I've been using this for some time before I make this review. It's good if you are not sitting all day or if you don't have a boney back. Quality itself is good but I stopped using it after a while because this is too hard for my back.

Great support but will not stay in one place on back of chair, keeps moving no matter how tight I make the straps.
