Didn't realize this box is about 2 year old and the OS doesn't upgrade. Many apps I wanted to use cannot be installed on it. I regret buying this unit.

Can't get through a movie without it locking up. Only solution is to unplug it. The OS is quite slow and often unresponsive when navigating the menus/apps. I expected a much better experience given all the positive reviews. :(

I'm not even exaggerating when I say this is the worst product I have ever bought in my life. I am disappointed in Prime Cables that they put their logo on it and sold it. I used to think that meant it must be decent if they are willing to put their name on it but now I will think twice before buying a Prime Cables branded item. Even when I am not doing anything with it, random errors pop up saying various things failed. It is also too slow to do anything even when plugged into the Ethernet port with 300 Mbps internet. It is old, so was on sale, but I feel if it's so old it's not even functional anymore that Prime Cables should just take the loss and recycle the product instead of selling it to customers. I love Prime Cables but this was really disappointing.
