Ordered two of this bar stool, and one of them arrived with the pack of screws already cut open and the screwed were scattered everywhere inside the box. Turns out one of the legs' pre-drilled hole is oval shaped with the metal wall of the hole collapsing inwards, making it impossible to put the screw in. I bought a new unit (not open box), and am disappointed by the quality of the product. Contacted customer service but was ignored with no resolution on this defective item. ShoppersPlus needs better quality control and shouldn't sell defective open box item as new. Very disappointed.
