For the insane low price, I am wondering what are the compromises made to actually produce those wood pencils - as they work wonderfully, produce rich colors and so far, are high quality. Note that the color choice may not correspond to more popular brands (Crayola, Prismacolor,etc.) so they may not be best substitute for kids school kits. But if you need some wood pencils for sketching? Go for it! Definitely recommended!

Similar to higher price pencils, really great quality for a good reasonable price. Great assortment of colors. I'm pleased with the purchase.
