Bought 2 pcs of the Moustache Snap-off Knives. One is perfect, but the other one is faulty. The knife of the faulty one is stucked and could not be used. I emailed their customer-service department about the problem, enclosing a photo of the faulty Snap-off Knife and the good one. An officer replied and asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement for the faulty knife. As I needed to use the knife, I requested for a replacement. There is no further reply.

blade does not stay locked, in fact you can push down the blade easily by your fingers

Bought 2. Both didn’t lock blade. The locking plate was assembled upside down. Had to take slider apart to reverse plate to mesh with slots. Works good after fix.

Bought 2, both wouldn’t lock blade. Found the the locking plate was assembled upside down. Had to take the slider apart and put the locking plate to mesh with slots on the bottom side. Careful not to lose tiny spring if taking slider apart. Works great after fix.
