I Purchased this for my aging in-laws since they were having difficulty with raised toilet seats. They have mobility issues and I thought this would be a good fix for them. Unfortunately the toilet seat is 2 inches smaller in diameter than the normal one. Sadly because of this the bowl size is too small for my father-in-law to use this effectively. I called to talk to a customer service rep about this problem and the need to replace it, unfortunately I was told that it was final sale. No opportunity for a larger toilet seat was offered, and no credit towards future purchases. The gentleman was very professional however in the end, we are back to square one and are out the money we paid for this product that we hoped would be helpful.
