In fact, the product is always the same, but the delivery was extremely long and I was out of a printer for a week... really annoying and it's the first time it happens....

Je n’ai pas reçu le bon article sur ma commande le tn760 remplaçait le tn740 mais ça ne fonctionne pas alors je suis pris avec un tn760 qui me coûte cher et ne sert à rien ...🤬

Extremely disappointed. I bought this toner cartridge on sale in September but installed only in March because my usual Mustache brand cartridge worked just fine as always. This ORIGINAl cartridge showed sign "toner is low" after two weeks of use and was completely empty after 200 copies!

Product is actually great but this company is alas not as great. Where is my order? It’s been 7 days and it has not shipped. The customer service team is ineffective. In future, if you can, just pay the extra $20 and get the item from staples. Yes this company is less expensive, but what is the value of a product that you pay for but never arrived accompanied by customer service agents who can provide no service to customers. I’d pay a premium for staples next time.
