Ça marche pas avec l’imprimante

I followed the directions exactly and put the chip from my original toner cartridge into the Moustache cartridge but my printer would not recognize the replacement cartridge and will not print.

This item does not work with my printer keeps giving “ No Tonner” message had to buy brother tonner with chip and it is working. Changed the old chip to new tonner cartridge and works and do the same on this it does not work. Will need to send back for refund please.

Le toner n'est pas détecté par l'imprimante et on peut même plus le retourner car votre site fonctionne pas pour les retours ,je crois que je vais considérer de faire affaire avec d'autre fournisseur .
