Cartouche pas chère, arrivée juste à temps. Par contre ça n'a pas fonctionné pour moi, mais Shopper a rectifié la situation à ma satisfaction. La seule chose négative a dire est que le support technique est extrêmement lent à agir, et j'ai dû appeler à 3 reprises pour obtenir un suivi.

this compatible cartridge seems to do the job and at a fraction of the cost which is a bonus!!!

Toner is good…but next time I will order with chip as I didn’t realize the chips have a battery and mine was almost 2 years old so the toner wasn’t recognized by my printer. Shopper+ kindly sent me a replacement chip and all is well.
