I have not received the order yet. When I order it normally arrives quite quickly.

I placed the replacement cartridge and it doesn't work. The cartridge is deffective. I would like a replacement cartridge as I need to print. Or a refund so that I can buy a new and working cartridge. This is getting urgent!!
